Audrey Grossman is an attorney based in Carmel Valley whose practice is focused on helping individuals and families with estate planning, probate and family law matters. Audrey graduated from The Harvard Law School in 1995. She clerked for a federal district court judge, practiced entertainment litigation at a premier Los Angeles law firm, and worked as in-house counsel for two publicly traded corporations prior to making the transition to estate planning, probate and family law. Audrey is active in the community, serving on the Scripps Health Gift Planning Advisory Board and volunteering at her daughters' schools. Audrey lives in Carmel Valley with her husband, their two young daughters, a rambunctious Rat Terrier and a cuddly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Premier Los Angeles Entertainment Law Firm – authored petition to the U.S. Supreme Court on a major motion picture copyright matter represented major management and production companies, film library owners, distributors, real estate developers and high profile / high net worth individuals in litigation.
The Walt Disney Company [NYSE: DIS] – Attorney in the Motion Picture Group – acted as primary studio counsel, handling all matters from employment to copyright to equipment and production matters on numerous Disney films including Princess Diaries and Country Bears.
DivX Corporation [NYSE: DivX] – Senior Counsel – handled a variety of domestic and international employment and technology related issues for publicly traded video compression company.
